- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 T butter/margerine
- 2 T Minced garlic
- 2 t granulated garlic or galic powder
- 4 T Teriyaki sauce
- 1 c Uncooked Rice
- 2 c water

Cooking teriyaki chicken
1. Start the rice (heat 2 cups water to boil,add rice & reduce to simmer approx.
2. 20 mins.
3. ) Put Butteri, minced & granulated garlic, teriyaki in frying pan. *(oppional 1/2 med. fine chopped onion) Remove all fat from Chickeni Breast.
4. Cut into bite size pieces.
5. Browni butter & put chicken in to cook over low heat.
6. When meat is white all the way through it is done.
7. SERVE OVER RICE & PICK A VEGETABLE (I suggest green beans or corn).
