  • 7 T Shoyu (soy sauce)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t MSG, opt'l
  • 2 t Ginger root, grated
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic
  • 1 lb Steak, cut thin

Cooking Teriyaki (broiled meat)

1. : -(4" width - 4" - 6" length) make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu.
2. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling.
3. Note: may add more seasoning to suit your taste.
