- 2 lb Beef Tenderloin (Roast)

- 1⁄4 c butter
- 6 clv garlic, finely chopped
Cooking tenderloin medallions mediterranean
1. 1. Brush tenderloin roast with Seasoni-All.
2. 2. On hot barbecue grill, sear tenderloin roast on all sides.
3. 3. Remove from grill.
4. Slice into thin medallions.
5. 4. In cast iron skillet on medium-high heat, melt butter and add garlic.
6. 5. Once garlic butter is hot, add beef medallions and saute to desired wellness.
7. 6. Place immediately on plate and serve hot with garlic butter drizzled on top.
