Tender Chicken Teriyaki ingredients

  • 4 Skinless boneless chicken br
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Dry white wine
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T garlic
  • 1 t Ginger
  • 2 T Peanut oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t white pepper

Cooking Tender Chicken Teriyaki

1. Place each breast between sheets of moistened plastic wrap carefully pound very thin, without tearing.
2. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well.
3. Add chicken and turn to coat well.
4. Cover and chill for 4-48 hours.
5. Remove from marinade, drain.
6. Grilli or broil for 5-10 minutes per side, basting often.
7. Serve hot, with rice.
