Tea muffins ingredients

  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Butter, creamed
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1 c Milk, sweet (½ cup cream
  • -is better)
  • 1 Egg, unbeaten
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 c raisins, or currants
  • c flour

Cooking Tea muffins

1. This should make batter a little thicker than ordinary cake batter.
2. Make in muffin tins.
3. Note: time and temperature not given.
4. Assume hot 400 - 450°F.
5. oven at about 25 minutes.
