Tea muffins ingredients
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Butter, creamed
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 c Milk, sweet (½ cup cream
- -is better)
- 1 Egg, unbeaten
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 c raisins, or currants
- c flour
Cooking Tea muffins
1. This should make batter a little thicker than ordinary cake batter.
2. Make in muffin tins.
3. Note: time and temperature not given.
4. Assume hot 400 - 450°F.
5. oven at about 25 minutes.
