  • 4 med sweet potatoes
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Nutmeg
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Evaporated milk
  • 1 Unbaked pie crust

Cooking Taylor House Sweet Potato Pie

1. Boil sweet potatoes until soft, peel and beat till no lumps.
2. Add remainder of ingredients, beat until creamy.
3. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown.
4. Serves 6-8. JM.
