- 10 Eggs, large (class A)
- 20 g Butter, cooking
- 50 g Gherkins/cornichons in can 5/1
- 50 g pickled onions

1. PLACE SLICED BREAD IN GRATIN DISH AND SPRINKLE WITH WINE TOP WITH SLICED HAM SLICE CHEESE 3mm THICKNESS PLACE CHEESE ON TOP OF HAM BAKE IN OVEN UNTIL CHEESE MELTS AND BREAD IS CRUSTY PLACE FRIED EGG ON TOP AND GARNISH WITH GHERKINS AND PICKLED ONIONS.
