Tarragon roast chicken

Tarragon roast chicken ingredients
- 3 lb chicken
- 1 Clove garlic, cut in half
- Kitchen Bouquet
- Salt and pepper to taste
- tarragon, to taste
- Tarragon Sauce, (see sauces)
- Hot rice for 4
Cooking Tarragon roast chicken
1. Rub cut garlic clove on all sides of chicken.
2. Rub lightly with kitchen bouquet.
3. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and tarragon to taste.
4. Place in open microwave dish, breast-side down.
5. Microwave on high for 7 minutes.
6. Turn dish ½ turn.
7. Microwave on high for 7 minutes longer.
8. Let stand for 10 minutes while making tarragon sauce.
9. Serve sauce over meat with rice.
