Tarantula Jack's 1989 World Champion Chili ingredients

  • 3 lb top round -- 1/2 in. cubed
  • 8 oz Tomato sauce
  • 2 med Onions -- grated
  • 7 T Chili powder
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 T Ground cumin
  • 2 cn chicken broth -- (10 oz. each)
  • 1 c water -- (if necessary)

Cooking Tarantula Jack's 1989 World Champion Chili

1. Sautei the beef in a large skillet.
2. Put into a large pot and simmer, covered, with onions, garlic, and broth for 1-1/2 hours.
3. Add the tomato sauce, chili powder, and cumin.
4. Stiri; simmer on low for another hour.
5. Add water if needed.
6. Stir occasionally.
