Tapioca thai style ingredients

  • c Tapioca, quick
  • 3 c water
  • 3 T Sugar
  • 1 ds Salt
  • 1 c coconut milk

Cooking Tapioca thai style

1. Bring water to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan.
2. Stiri in sugar and salt.
3. Add tapioca and return to a boil.
4. Stir in coconut milk.
5. Reducei heat to low. Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
6. Cook for 30 minutes or until thickened.
7. Serve warm or cold.
8. If serving cold, place in individual bowls while still warm.
