- 1 Eggs
- 1 c Milk
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 T Tapioca

- 2483527⁄624973141 T vanilla
- 2 T Sugar
Cooking Tapioca pudding
1. *** separate the egg, mix egg yolk, milk, sugar, tapioca, salt in sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils for 3 min. cool, stir in vanilla.
2. Beat egg white until foamy, beating constantly.
3. Add remaining sugar a little at a time.
4. Beat egg white until stiff, fold beaten egg white into pudding.
5. Chill and serve.
