Tangy Yunnan Mushrooms ingredients
- 2 Bag Chinese Breakfast Tea
- 1 t Orange rind
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1⁄2 t Cornstarch
- 1⁄2 t Vinegar
- 3⁄4 t Sugar
- 1⁄8 c Finely chopped green onions
- 1 T Peanut oil
Cooking Tangy Yunnan Mushrooms
1. Preparation Time: 25 minutes In mug, pour boiling water over tea bags and orange rind.
2. Let sit for 5 minutes.
3. Squeeze out bags.
4. Mixi in cornstarch, vinegar, sugar, salt, and chili flakes.
5. Sautei mushrooms in oil in frying pan until lightly browned.
6. Stiri in green onions.
7. Pour in tea mixture and simmer until sauce thickens.
8. Makes 4 servings.
