- 4 fresh California peach

- 2483527⁄624973141 c Green onions
- 2 T Cider vinegar
- 1 t Fresh ginger root
Cooking Tangy Peach Salsa
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Note: ΒΌ teaspoon of ground ginger may be substituted for fresh ginger root.
4. Serve as a savory sauce with lamb, pork or fish.
