- Bacon strips -- halved
- 3 T butter
- 1 T tarragon vinegar
- 1 t Paprika
- 1 t Onion -- grated

- SAUCE:
- 1 T Vinegar
- 1 t Salt
- 1 T Parsley -- chopped
Cooking Tangy green beans
1. Drain beans.
2. Wrap beans in bacon, about 6-7 beans in a piece of bacon.
3. Secure with toothpick.
4. Broili until bacon is done.
5. Combine ingredients for sauce and bring to a boil.
6. Pour hot sauce over beans and serve.
