Tangerine Stir fry

Tangerine Stir fry ingredients
- 1⁄3 kg chicken thigh
- 1 c Instant couscous
- 1 med Green Pepper
- 1 med Tangerine
- 25 small Cashews
- 1⁄4 t Flax seeds
- 2 t Bread crumbs
- 2 t Peanut butter sauce
- 4 t Manderine sauce
- 3 t chicken stock
- 2 T Mangerine juice
- 2 t Maderine Sauce
- 4 T stir-fry oil
Cooking Tangerine Stir fry
1. Defrost Chickeni Cut green peppers into cubes, slice kashews in half, and peel tangerine Start to boil water for coucous.
2. Put peppers, tangerines, kashews, and bread crumbs into bowl.
3. Mixi in the peanut butter sauce and the first Manderine sauce.
4. Cut defrosted chicken into short thin strips.
5. Add oil to hot pan. Cook chicken until almost cooked inside on medium-low heat.
6. Add chicken stock to couscous.
7. Finish cooking couscous (1 1/4 cups of water to 1 cup of couscous).
8. Add to stri-fry the semi-marinated ingredients.
9. Cook untill chicken is perfectly cooked inside.
10. (Cut thick piece with knife to verify) Then add second mangerine sacue to stir fry and cover.
11. Let cook on low heat covered for five minutes.
12. Put couscous on plate and top with stir-fry! Enjoy!.
