Tandoori spice ingredients
- 1 T garlic salt
- 1 T Paprika
- 2 t Cayenne (ground red pepper)
- 2 t Ground coriander
- 2 t Ground cumin
- 2 t Ground ginger
- 1⁄2 t Ground cardamom
- 1⁄2 t Ground cinnamon
- 1 Toss
Cooking Tandoori spice
1. Bite-size peeled carrots, potatoes and turnips in baking pan with a little olive oil and tandoori spice.
2. Roasti in a 400°F oven 35 to 45 minutes.
3. Sprinkle on fish fillets before broiling; on turkey or chicken cutlets before pan frying.
