- 1 c Ff cheddar cheese, hc

- c Skim Milk

- 2 t Vegatable oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb ground turkey breast
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Green pepper, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Onion, chopped
- 1 t garlic, minced
- 1 t Jalapeno pepper, finely
- 8 oz Can tomato sauce
- 1 c Whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 t Chili powder
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Ground cumin
- t Cayenne pepper
- 4 oz Ff cheddar cheese, hc
- -shredded
- Light or ff sour cream
- Salsa
Cooking Tamale pie with cornmeal cheese crust
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Combine cornmeal and sugar; stir in 1 c. cheese, milk, stir just until moistened.
3. Press mixture on bottom and up sides of a 9" pie stir in tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, cumin and cayenne pepper.
