Taco Compuesto ingredients

  • 1 clv garlic
  • 1 t Chili powder

  • 8 Taco shells;
  • 1 c Lettuce;
  • 1 c Low-cal prosse cheese or;
  • Part-skim mozzarella cheese; shredded for either a mixture of both
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Taco sauce

Cooking Taco Compuesto

1. In a large skillet cook ground beef, chopped onions, green chili pepper; and minced garlic over medium heat till beef is brown.
2. Drain off fat. Stiri in chili powder.
3. In a mixing bowl combine chopped tomato, Italian salad dressing, and seasoned salt.
4. ( Salti is Salt no matter what) Spoon beef mixture into taco shells.
5. Top with tomato mixture, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and taco sauce.
6. Makes 4 servings.
7. Time 20 min.
