Taco burgers ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cn Tomatoes (1 lb cn), cut up
- 1 t Chili powder
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Dry mustard
- Hamburger Buns
- 2 c Lettuce, shredded
- 1 c American or taco cheese
- Shredded
- Taco sauce (bottled)
Cooking Taco burgers
1. Browni meat in a skillet.
2. Drain off fat. Add tomatoes, chili powder, worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, sugar, and dry mustard.
3. Stiri well to blend.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Reducei heat and simmer gently, uncovered, for 12 to 20 minutes.
6. Spoon onto 6 or 8 hamburger buns that have been split, lightly buttered, and toasted.
7. Top with lettuce and cheese.
8. Spoon on a little taco sauce, if desired.
