Taco Beef

- Main Ingredient: Beef Various herbs and spices

Taco Beef ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 c Fresh Salsa
- 1⁄2 t Chili powder
- 1⁄4 t Cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Taco Beef
1. In large skillet, brown beef.
2. Drain.
3. Stiri in salsa, chili powder and cumin.
4. Bring to a boil.
5. Reducei heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Use beef mixture for tacos, tostadas or taco salads.
8. Makes 2-1/2 cups.
