taboulah ( parsley salad) ingredients

  • 500 g parsley
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 100 g Crushed wheat
  • 125 g olive oil
  • 75 g Lemon juice
  • 100 g fresh mint
  • 1 ds Salt
  • 1 ds white pepper
  • 100 g Lettuce leaves
  • 50 g Onions

Cooking taboulah ( parsley salad)

1. Wash the crushed wheat and squize to remove the water,put it in a deep bowl -Chopi onins and mix it with salt&pepper,Add to crushed wheat -Chop the parsley and squized to remove the water,add to crushed wheat.
2. Wash anr remove the seeds from tomatoes,chop (diced ),add to crushed wheat !!! keep 1/4 of chopped tomatoes for garnish - Add olives oil and lemon juice to the mixture ,mix well.
3. - In a salad's bowl poure the taboulah Garnsh with chop tomatoes and lettuce leaves.
