Tabbouli salad

Tabbouli salad ingredients
- 1 c Bulgur wheat, uncooked
- 2 c Boiling water
- 1⁄3 c Vegatable oil
- 1⁄3 c Lemon juice
- 2 t Salt
- 1 t Pepper
- 1⁄2 c parsley, chopped
- 3 T Mint, fresh chopped or
- 2 t Mint, dry crumbled
- 6 Green onions & tops, minced
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
Cooking Tabbouli salad
1. Pour boiling water over wheat in a bowl.
2. Let stand one hour.
3. Drain well and return to bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
5. Chill at least two hours.
6. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
