Swordfish Skewers with Pears

Swordfish Skewers with Pears ingredients
- 1 lb Swordfish steaks
- 2 fresh bartlett pear
- 8 skewer
- Lime
- 1⁄4 c water
- 1 t Cornstarch
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1 T butter
- 1 T Green onions
- 3⁄4 t Hot pepper sauce
- 1⁄4 t Salt
Cooking Swordfish Skewers with Pears
1. Alternate fish and pear cubes on skewers.
2. In small saucepan, mix water and cornstarch.
3. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
4. Cook until thickened.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Stiri in remaining ingredients to create Pepper Bastei.
7. Let cool.
8. Brush fish and pears generously with Pepper Baste.
9. Broili 4 inches from heat source, turning once, 6 to 8 minutes or until fish is no longer translucent and flakes with fork.
10. Serve with lime wedges.
