  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T Orange juice
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T Tomato paste
  • 1 T Parsley leaves, minced
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1⁄2 T Lemon juice
  • 1⁄4 T Oregano
  • 1⁄4 T Pepper

Cooking Swordfish marinade

1. Whiski everything together, marinate the swordfish in it for an hour, and grill.
