Swiss vegetable medley (bernie roberts) ingredients
- 16 oz Frozen veg combo
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 t Pepper
- 4 oz Diced pimento
- 1 c Shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cn Durkee fried onions
- 1⁄3 c Sour cream
Cooking Swiss vegetable medley (bernie roberts)
1. Thaw and drain frozen vegetables.
2. In lg. Bowl combine vegetables, soup, ½ c cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and ½ can fried onions.
3. Pour into shallow 1 qt. casserole and bake covered 30 min. at 350deg.
4. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top; bake uncovered 5 min. or until golden.
