Swiss salmon omelet

Swiss salmon omelet ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Smoked salmon, flaked
- 3 Eggs
- 2 T Milk
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 1 T butter Or margarine
- 1⁄4 c Swiss cheese, shredded
Cooking Swiss salmon omelet
1. In small bowl, blend eggs, milk and pepper.
2. In 10-inch skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
3. Pour eggs into skillet.
4. Cook until eggs are set, about 5 minutes.
5. Sprinkle fish and cheese over one half of the omelet.
6. With spatula, carefully fold other half over filling.
7. Cook until cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.
8. serves 2.
