Swiss Meat Balls

Swiss Meat Balls ingredients
- 1 lb sausage meat (or ground beef)
- 3 White bread slices
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1 Eggs, beaten
- 1 t Chopped parsley
- 1 t Chopped chives
- Salt, pepper and paprika
- Cooking oil
- 2 T flour
Cooking Swiss Meat Balls
1. In a large bowl, soak the bread slices in milk and water.
2. Mixi soaked bread with sausage meat (or ground beef).
3. Add beaten egg, chives, parsley, paprika, then season with salt and pepper.
4. Mix well.
5. Form meat balls, then coat in flour.
6. Deepfry or panfry in cooking oil until well cooked.
7. Serve with mashed potatoes and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
