Swiss Blueberry Fool ingredients
- 4 c Bread
- 3 T butter
- 4 c Fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c 2% lowfat milk
Cooking Swiss Blueberry Fool
1. Fryi the diced bread in the butter until nicely browned and crisp on all sides.
2. With a fork, crush blueberries in a bowl.
3. Add the bread and sugar and blend.
4. Mixi in milk.
5. Spoon into individual serving dishes and chill.
6. Serve with whipped cream (optional) and a brimming bowl of fresh blueberries that have been rolled in sugar.
