Sweet-Hot garlic sauce for Thai Crab Cakes ingredients
- 1 c Sugar
- 1⁄2 c water
- 1⁄2 c White vinegar
- 2 T garlic
- 1 t Salt
- 1 T chile-garlic sauce
Cooking Sweet-Hot garlic sauce for Thai Crab Cakes
1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water, vinegar, garlic and salt.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
3. Stiri to dissolve the sugar and salt and reduce the heat to low. Simmeri until the liquid reduces slightly and thickens to a light syrup, 20 minutes.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the chile-garlic sauce.
5. Cool.
