  • 1⁄4 c Chopped nuts, (walnuts
  • -pecans, or other)
  • 1 1⁄2 T Honey
  • PER 2 TBLSPOONS
  • *cals
  • *gm dietary fiber
  • *Gm Fat
  • *mg sodium

Cooking Sweet yogurt dressing

1. Mixi all ingredients, and chill overnight.
2. Serve cold.
3. Makes about 1.
4. 5 cups.
