Sweet potato pudding

Sweet potato pudding ingredients
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 3⁄4 c Sugar, to 1 cup
- 2 c Sweet potatoes, raw, grated
- 1 cn Evaporated milk, 13 oz
- 1⁄2 c Milk
- 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 1⁄2 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 c Butter (or marg.), melted
- 1 c Flaked coconut
Cooking Sweet potato pudding
1. Combine eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl, beating well; stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into a greased 1-½ quart casserole.
3. Bakei at 350 °F for 1 hour.
