Sweet potato pudding ingredients

  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 3⁄4 c Sugar, to 1 cup
  • 2 c Sweet potatoes, raw, grated
  • 1 cn Evaporated milk, 13 oz
  • 1⁄2 c Milk
  • 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
  • 1⁄2 t Nutmeg
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 c Butter (or marg.), melted
  • 1 c Flaked coconut

Cooking Sweet potato pudding

1. Combine eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl, beating well; stir in remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into a greased 1-½ quart casserole.
3. Bakei at 350 °F for 1 hour.
