Sweet Potato Pie#1

Sweet Potato Pie#1 ingredients

6 c sweet potatoes
2 c Sugar
4 t Cinnamon
1 t Salt
1 c Evaporated milk
8 oz butter
2 Eggs, beaten
2 t vanilla
2 9-inch pie crusts

Cooking Sweet Potato Pie#1

1. Boil sweet potatoes 30-40 minutes.
2. Peeli. Beat potatoes, butter and salt with mixer; add other ingredients, beating after each addition.
3. Pour into crusts and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm.
4. Serve with whipped cream or Cool-Whipi.
