Sweet potato biscuits 2

Sweet potato biscuits 2 ingredients
- 1 c flour, all-purpose
- 3 T baking powder
- 1 T Salt
- 2 T -Shortening
- 1 c Sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1⁄2 c Milk
Cooking Sweet potato biscuits 2
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Sifti flour, baking powder, and salt into mixing bowl.
3. Cut ini shortening.
4. Add potatoes and mix thoroughly, then add enough milk to make a soft dough.
5. Turn out onto a lightly floured board and roll out to about ½" in thickness.
6. Cut into squares.
7. Place squares not touching on ungreased baking sheet bake in preheated oven for 12-15 mimutes.
8. Serve warm, split, and spread with room-temperature butter.
