- 372529⁄-2009260032 lb pork shoulder
- 1 Onions
- 8 oz Canned pineapple chunks
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 T Cornstarch
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground ginger
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 1 pk Frozen pea pods
Cooking Sweet 'n' Sour Pork
1. Mixi pork, onion, pineapple (with juice), brown sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, pepper and ginger in 2-qt casserole.
2. Cover and microwave on medium (50%) until pork is no longer pink, 24 to 28 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
3. Stiri in green pepper and pea pods.
4. Cover and microwave on high (100%) green pepper and pea pods are tender, 3 to 4 minutes.
