Sweet Cherry Sauce ingredients

  • 2 c fresh Northwest sweet cherri
  • 1⁄4 c water
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1⁄2 t fresh lemon peel
  • 1⁄8 t Ground cinnamon

Cooking Sweet Cherry Sauce

1. Combine all ingredients; mix well.
2. Refrigerate several hours.
3. Delicious served over plain or vanilla-flavored yogurt, ice cream or pound cake.
