- 1 qt white stock

- 8 oz Sugar
- 2 oz soy sauce
- 4 oz Red or green bell pepper
- 4 oz Onions
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Red Wine Vinegar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Fresh ginger root
- Salt
- white pepper
Cooking Sweet and Sour Sauce with Ginger
1. Combine cornstarch and ½ cup cold chicken stock-mix well.
2. Pour the remaining stock into a saucepot and place over a medium flame.
3. Add sugar and soy sauce-mix well Heat and stir to a boil Stiri in cornstarch mixture Heat and stir until thickened Add the vegetables and ginger.
4. Simmeri until tender Add the vinegar, simmer for 1 minute Seasoni to taste with salt and white pepper.
5. Keep warm.
6. Serve warm.
