Sweet and Sour Sauce with Apricots ingredients

  • 3 T Apricot preserves
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 3 T Cider vinegar
  • 1 T Sugar

  • 1 T Cornstarch
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cold water

Cooking Sweet and Sour Sauce with Apricots

1. Mixi cornstarch into cold water.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat combine preserves, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and the first 1/4 cup water.
3. Simmeri for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Gradually stir in cornstarch mixture and continue stirring until thickened.
