Sweet and sour red cabbage (little) ingredients
- 1 small Head red cabbage
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 2 t Cornstarch
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Cider vinegar
- 3 T fructose
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Carroway seed
Cooking Sweet and sour red cabbage (little)
1. Shredi cabbage steam over rapidly boiling water 10 minutes, or until crisp-tender.
2. Remove from heat thoroughly.
3. Dissolve cornstarch in water; add remaining ingredients; cook over medium heat until slightly thickened.
4. Put this dish with either in large mixing bowl; add sauce and mix well.
5. Use this dish with either hot or cold meat.
6. Note: this recipe is provided through the courtesy of sweet lite fructose.
7. (however, i would and shall use my sugar sub).
