Sweet and Sour Meatloaf ingredients

  • 8 oz tomato sauce (1 can)
  • 1 Egg; lightly beaten
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Brown sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Onion, minced
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Vinegar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Crushed crackers
  • 1 t mustard
  • 1 t Salt
  • 2 lb Ground beef
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
  • 1 c Sliced Mushrooms

Cooking Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

1. Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, kneading together with hands.
3. Add 1/2 tomato sauce mixture.
4. Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf.
5. Bakei at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
