Sweet and Sour Carrot Salad ingredients
- 1 kg carrots,cut to julienne
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 onions, ringed
- Sauce-
- 1 c Tomato puree
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Vinegar
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 t mustard
- 1 t Salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Cooking Sweet and Sour Carrot Salad
1. Boil carrots until cooked but firm.
2. Drain.
3. Arrange carrots, pepper, and onion in layers.
4. Bring sauce ingredients to boil for 2 minutes.
5. Cool. Pour sauce over salad and marinate for two days.
