Sweet and Simple Honey Mustard ingredients

- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Mustard powder
- 2 t turmeric, ground
- 2483527⁄624973141 c water
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Honey
- 2 c Cider vinegar
Cooking Sweet and Simple Honey Mustard
1. 1. Combine flour, sugar, mustard powder and turmeric in small bowl.
2. Stiri in water.
3. Let stand for 2 hours.
4. 2. Combine mustard mixture, honey and vinegar in top of double boiler.
5. Cook, whisking often, over boiling water until mixture just begins to thicken, about 3 minutes.
6. Cook 2 minutes longer, whisking constantly, until slightly thickened.
7. (Mixture will thicken completely on standing.
8. ) turn into clean storage jar. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight or for up to 1 month.
9. MUSTARD PICKLE RELISH: Combine 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles and 1/4 cup Sweet and Simple Honeyi Mustardi in small bowl.
10. Makes about 3/4 cup relish.
