Sweet and hot chili sauce ingredients
- Stephen Ceideburg
- 2 small Fresh chilies, seeded and
- -finely sliced
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 Limes, juice only
- 2 T Rice vinegar
- 5 T Sugar
- 3 T Nam pla (fish sauce)
Cooking Sweet and hot chili sauce
1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan.
2. Mixi well, then bring to a boil over high heat.
3. Cook until mixture is reduced by half.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Judith m.
