Swedish meatballs 2 ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground meat
  • 1 c Bread crumbs
  • 372529⁄-2009260032 oz Onion soup mix
  • 2 T Chopped fresh parsley
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground pepper
  • 1 Eggs
  • c water
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground allspice
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Nutmeg
  • 2 cn Cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 2483527⁄624973141 oz brandy (optional)

Cooking Swedish meatballs 2

1. Combine 1st. 10 ingredients and form into meatballs.
2. Cook in microwave on high for 4-5 min. each batch ( 2 batches).
3. Remove meatballs and place in 3 qt. casserole dish.
4. Add mushroom soup, mushrooms and brandy.
5. Thin sauce with a little milk.
6. Cook in microwave on med. high for 15 min. then low for about an hour.
7. Serve over broad or medium egg noodles prepared to package directions.
