Swedish Hash

Swedish Hash ingredients
- 10 med Sized potatoes
- lb Onions
- c Cooked beef, finely diced
- butter
- 1 T Salt
- 2483527⁄624973141 t white or black pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground allspice (optional)
Cooking Swedish Hash
1. Excellent way of using left-overs! It is a good family dish, but it is just as good as a late-night supper after a party.
2. Peeli and finely dice the potatoes.
3. Peel and chop the onion.
4. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry potatoes on low heat, a little at the time until cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
5. Remove and keep warm.
6. Seperatly brown the onion and the meat.
7. Mixi all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
8. Serve at once with fried eggs or a raw eggyolk, and pickled beetroots.
