- 2483527⁄624973141 c Melted butter
- 2 T Cream
- 6 T Cream
- 3 c Sifted flour
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ginger
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground cloves
Cooking Swedish Ginger Cookies
1. Boil syrup 1 minute.
2. Cool slightly.
3. Add sugar, butter, cream and spices.
4. Dissolve soda in 2 tablespoons cream.
5. Add to syrup mixture.
6. Blend in flour.
7. Refrigerate.
8. When rolled and cut into desired shapes, place on greased cooky sheets.
9. Bakei at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes,depending on size and thickness of cooky.
