Swedish dilled roast beef and red cabbage lefse ingredients

  • 3⁄4 c Red cabbage, slice paper thin
  • 1 t Raspberry vinegar
  • 1 t Vegatable oil
  • 1 t Salt
  • 1 t Fresh ground pepper
  • 1 T Prepared horseradish cream
  • 2 Lefse
  • 1 T Minced Fresh dill
  • 2 large Boston lettuce leaves
  • 4 oz Roast beef, thinly sliced

Cooking Swedish dilled roast beef and red cabbage lefse

1. Tossi cabbage with vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
2. Spread horseradish cream over lefse; sprinkle with small amount of dill.
3. Top with lettuce, roast beef, cabbage and remaining dill.
4. Roll up like a burrito.
