Swedish balls ingredients

  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1 c Cocoa
  • 4 c Quick-cooking oats, uncooked

Cooking Swedish balls

1. Creami butter and sugar.
2. Blend in eggs.
3. Add coffee, vanilla, and cocoa.
4. Mixi. Add oats and mix well.
5. Chill 1 to 2 hours.
6. Shape into one-inch balls.
7. Roll in sugar.
8. Store in air tight container.
9. Keep refrigerated.
