Swedish Apple Cake ingredients

  • 2 Eggs, beaten

  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t cloves
  • 1 t Baking soda
  • 3 c Apples; peeled, chopped
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c nuts

  • 3 T butter, melted
  • 3 T flour
  • 1 c Brown sugar

Cooking Swedish Apple Cake

1. shortening and sugar.
2. Add eggs, salt, flour, spices and soda.
3. Foldi in apples and nuts.
4. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 25 minutes.
5. While this is baking, mix together topping ingredients.
6. Spread over hot cake at once.
7. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more.
