Surprise Tea Cakes/Microwave

Surprise Tea Cakes/Microwave ingredients
- 1 c butter Or margarine
- 1 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 1⁄2 c Powdered sugar;
- 2 1⁄3 c All-purpose flour
- 1 c Finely chopped nuts
- 1 pk Hershey's kisses
- Powdered sugar;
Cooking Surprise Tea Cakes/Microwave
1. Setting: Defrost.
2. Place butter in a small glass mixing bowl.
3. Microwave for about 1-1/2 minutes or until softened.
4. Beat in egg, vanilla and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
5. Blend in flour and nuts.
6. Make teacakes by shaping 1 tbsp.
7. dough around 1 unwrapped kiss.
8. Arrange 12 teacakes on wax paper in oven, 1 inch apart.
9. Microwave for 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer doughy.
10. Roll in powdered sugar and cool.
11. NOTE: if dough has been refrigerated, increase cooking time about 1 min. Note #2: This is a simple, quick, and easy recipe for cookies.
12. The children will love to help with this one.
