Surprise muffins ingredients

  • 2 T Oil

  • 1 c Whole wheat flour
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 T Baking soda
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T Cinnamon
  • 2483527⁄624973141 T Nutmeg
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Of one of the following:
  • Raisins
  • Diced apple
  • Grated carrots
  • Grated zucchini
  • Blueberries

Cooking Surprise muffins

1. Mixi first four ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Sifti in remaining ingredients.
3. Stiri until barely mixed.
4. Add fruit.
5. Spoon into lightly greased muffin tins.
6. Bakei 20 minutes at 375°F.
